Sydney, with its proximity to farmlands and the ocean, is perfectly situated to offer the best in top quality meats, absolutely fresh seafood, and delicious organic produce.  Our chefs are at the top of their game, working in a lively city with a fantastic night life, and fast on the rise as an exciting young city.  The city’s reputation attracts a local population of young professionals who are often the best in their field.  Our chefs are in this wave, bringing the best of Australia and the world, to the heart of Sydney.  Our chefs specialize in blending tradition with innovation, honoring the best of classical cooking with the newest innovations in the world.  When you’re here in Sydney, the most difficult part of your vacation will be deciding what to eat.

Our restaurants are all carefully selected to be the beginning of a perfect night on the town.  The meal can set the pace of the evening, fostering memories that will last a lifetime.  It is a subtle trick of memory that smell and taste can activate nostalgia, and some of our best moments can be recalled with the right combination of scents.  The meal is up to us, then, and the rest of the night is up to you.  Live music can also be one of the greatest additions to a perfect moment, and for Sydney, one of the coolest new bands is Peregrine.

They’ve been playing here since they began in 2004, and like many Sydney success stories, have made amazing strides in alternative pockets of the world.  The summer of 2009 saw Peregrine make waves in Cologne and Berlin in Germany, and they return to Sydney in the fall for lucky local fans.   Their exciting sound contains a bit of retro to the contemporary appeal, thanks in large part to the complexity in songwriting that has debts in both jazz and rockabilly.  There is, however, a certain urban modern feel to this extremely contagious music that speaks of Sydney, right here, and right now, and it’s certain that everything’s under control.
