Monster Truck Tours in Punta Cana

This is an all day excursion and one you don’t want to miss. It’s heads and shoulders above the rest, because this unique tour takes you on an 8×8 Monster Truck that goes where buses and cars can not travel and where you’ll enter into the depths of the islands unspoiled countryside. You’ll see breathtaking landscapes, cross rivers, streams and ride through sugar cane fields. Visit some local villages and experience how the locals live.
You’ll be picked up at your hotel in Punta Canna and spend 9 to 10 hours before the excursion ends. What a fantastic way to spend time away from your hotel. Your adventure starts at the Monster Truck Safari office, where it’s recommended to put on your own mosquito spray or purchase some of their bug patches. You’ll then hop on one of three large Monster Trucks and off you go, where you’ll be entertained by the guides and hosts.
Lunch is served outdoors next to a riverside location, and is buffet style; drinks are served throughout the ride, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. After lunch, there is a little respite where everyone gets to lay in the sun on the riverbanks or explore for a little bit. When your tour begins again, you’ll be taken to visit a school, where you’ll get to see Dominican children learn their lessons for the day, and bring cash, because there are many gift shops there and the proceeds go to fund the schools. You’ll also get to visit a real Voodoo Doctors house and get to go inside to learn about the practice.
Upon coming back to your hotel, you’ll have a whole new perspective about the natural beauty and the life of the Dominicans. You’ll receive a deeper understanding of a beautiful culture and of a people who truly love their land.
